The Market
A Pensacola market for real, fermented, and grown food. Water kefir, plants, and small-batch ferments, plus gatherings around a shared table. No seed oils, no synthetic fragrance, no plastic theater.
On the table
A small, honest lineup that grows with the seasons and the kitchen it is made in.
Live, lightly sparkling, fruit and herb flavored. Made in small batches.
Seasonal ferments made for flavor and gut health, not shelf life or gimmicks.
Starts and cuttings grown locally, chosen for the panhandle climate and real kitchens.
A tight selection of clean, cottage-legal goods with nothing hidden on the label.

A Community Gathering
A community gathering for honest labeling, real standards, and your right to a body free of seed oils and endocrine disrupting additives that were never proven safe.
The problem
Industrial seed oils show up in nearly everything on the shelf, from bread to salad dressing to baby food.
Dyes and additives restricted or banned in other countries are still common on shelves in the United States, with little explanation.
Vague labels, catch-all terms, and undisclosed additives make it hard to know what you are actually eating.
What we want
Getting seed oils out of everyday staple foods.
Removing endocrine disrupting dyes and preservatives already restricted in other countries.
Clear, honest ingredient labeling, in plain language anyone can read.
The right to know what is in your food, by default and not by hunting.
How to take part
Read labels. Cook real food. Gather. Share what you learn. This is people choosing better together, not a company or a cause to donate to.
Take part
Add your name, help organize, or invite a speaker. No pressure and no spam.
